   * Use gcc-3.4 everywhere.  In particular:
     - make-kpkg chooses gcc-3.4 by default, not gcc, when it invokes
       kernel or module builds.
     - Generated source packages Recommend gcc-3.4, not gcc (15488).
       However you must still set MAKEFLAGS as documented.
     - README and kernel/README and make-kpkg.8 now refer to
       problems with gcc 4.0 in Breezy and to suggest gcc-3.4, rather than
       talking about gcc 2.95 and pre-2.4 kernels (!)
     - Problems mentions that make-kpkg chooses gcc-3.4 for you.
     (The diff for this can be found in debian/patches/ubuntu-gcc-3.4,
      but of course this is supplied _applied_ in the source package.)
