Changes:
 postgresql-8.0 (8.0.3-15ubuntu1) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * Merged new Debian version to fix FTBFS for various packages
     (Ubuntu #14610)
   * libpq-dev: Add missing dependency libssl-dev. (Debian #327380,
     Ubuntu #15050)
 .
 postgresql-8.0 (8.0.3-15) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/postgresql-8.0.postrm: Do not remove an empty /var/log/postgresql,
postgresql-common now cares for it to not break log rotation. (See
     #325330)
   * debian/libpq-dev.install: Install additional include files into the
correct path to not render some packages like pygresql FTBFS. These
packages should not use server include files in the first place, though.
   * Use m68k and mips patches from upstream CVS now:
     - Remove debian/patches/11-s_lock.h-m68k.patch
     - Remove debian/patches/14-mips-gcc4.patch
     - Add debian/patches/14-s_lock-platforms.patch, which now contains the
       upstream modifications for both platforms.
