   * scripts/local-top/md: Autodetect raid level

     /dev/mapper/FOO.

   * scripts/functions: Fix ide_boot_events.  This never worked, even
     if I thought it did.

   * init: init variable should be lower case.  Exported ROOT variable
     should be upper case.
