   * New upstream version, fixes:
     - Evolution not displaying instant messaging field for exhcange.
     - Categories aren't stored with addressbook entries.
     - Start & Due dates are reduced by one day after restarting evolution.
     - Unwanted error messages in offline.
     - In 'Exchange connector' if meeting is declined
       should not create appointment in participants calendar.
     - Cannot delete non recurring appointments
       and meetings in exchange calendar.
     - username does not get generated while configuring mail id.
     - Unable to go back to Online mode after clicking offline button...
     - Creating Task with start & due dates crashes evolution-exchange-storage.
     - Select all + copy from personal to exchange doesnt work.
     - Evolution being in online mode even if we go offline, for exchange.
     - Unable to delete item in public folder despite permissions.
     - 'Copy/Move Folder to' operations are not working.
     - Folder deletions do not work.
     - Exchange storage crashes if we start evolution in offline mode.
     - Create two folders one after the other immediately,
       second folder becomes child of first.
     - Enter password popsup twice.
