   * Use &(arr->payload) instead of BYTE_ARR_CTS(arr) in Adjustor.c on
     ia64 as we no longer have the definition of BYTE_ARR_CTS to hand.
   * Build-dep on docbook-xml so we don't need to get the stylesheet from the
     web.
   * Rehack the timeout program so processes timeout after a certain amount of
     time rather than CPU time, so deadlocked processes are also killed.

   * Make install-docs not descend into ghc/compiler as haddock can't cope.

   * Hacked timeout program so the ghc processes actually get killed when a
     timeout happens.

   * Build-dep on happy >= 1.15 (was 1.14)
   * Merged from ghc6 6.4-2 experimental:
     * powerpc not added to the list of arches to do a registerised build
       with object splitting due to a boot-strapping issue (need to wait
       until we are building with 6.4).
     * Fix checkFEDArgs in ghc/compiler/typecheck/TcForeign.lhs so it compiles
       again.
     * Remove OpenGL and GLUT packages from package.conf.shipped.
       Have the postinst/prerm add/remove them.
     * ghc-cvs-hopengl provides libghc-cvs-{opengl,glut}-{dev,prof}
     * Other exposed libraries are provided as libghc-cvs-foo-dev by
       ghc-cvs and libghc-cvs-foo-prof by ghc-cvs-prof.
     * Remove xmlise-flags.sgml as upstream now ships flags.xml.
     * Rejig how files are put in the right packages to follow upstream changes.
     * Separate build target into build and install.
     * No longer allow ghc5 to be used for building as it is no longer
       supported.
     * Handle /usr/bin/ghc-cvs et al. and the alternatives without the
       -cvs suffix better.
     * Add a /usr/bin/runhaskell alternative, priority 0.
     * Build-dep prefers libreadline5-dev rather than libreadline4-dev.
       Closes: #300618.
     * Compiled with libreadline5-dev.
     * Revert changes to support mips/mipsel. They need changes in
       glibc/gcc to work, supported by different changes in ghc. See #274942.
     * Added varfile /usr/lib/haskell-utils/ghc-cvs_vars.
     * Install initial /usr/lib/ghc-$version/package.conf as
       /usr/lib/ghc-$version/package.conf.shipped and copy it to
       /usr/lib/ghc-$version/package.conf in postinst if it doesn't exist.
       This means other library information isn't lost across upgrades.
     * Remove /usr/lib/ghc-$version/package.conf{,.old} in postrm purge
       and when upgrading to a different upstream version.
