  * Backport to bionic as "cmake-mozilla".
  * Do not build cmake-doc, cmake-curses-gui, cmake-qt-gui packages.
  * Use the bundled libarchive rather than too-old distro one.
  * Relax debhelper requirement.
  * Disable pax-zstd test.
