  * Switched to openstack-pkg-tools >= 70~ debconf templates.
  * Generating policy.json using --format json.
  * Fixed cloudkitty-common's postrm/prerm to correctly purge db on purge.
  * Also call pkgos_write_admin_creds in postinst.
