  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - Drop python-lldb-3.9 from lldb-3.9 depends because it's in universe.

llvm-toolchain-3.9 (1:3.9.1-19) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Standards-Version updated to 4.1.1
  * Add the keep alive to hopefully fix the armhf timeout
  * Try to fix the mipsel FTBFS (Closes: #877567)
    I am trying the first option from the bug:
    - gsplit-dward on 32 bits archs
    - -g everywhere
