Juju charm - apache flink

Hello,

Is this component list actual ?

I would like contribute and develop an apache flink charm based on
layer-apache-flink: https://github.com/juju-solutions/layer-apache-flink

Its good way to use this layer for apache flink charm or should I do it by
creating each hook etc. ?
