Layered realtime-syslog-analytics and apache-hadoop-spark-zeppelin

Following up on the announcement of the layered Hadoop core bundle
(apache-core-batch-processing), we have now also updated the
apache-hadoop-spark-zeppelin (
https://jujucharms.com/u/bigdata-dev/apache-hadoop-spark-zeppelin) and the
bundle that builds on it, realtime-syslog-analytics (
https://jujucharms.com/u/bigdata-dev/realtime-syslog-analytics) to use the
new layered charms.

With some further testing, we plan to make these the official, promulgated
bundles (and charms) next week.

With this change, we also moved the bundles from Launchpad to GitHub, and
they can be found at:
