jujubigdata 4.5.0 is released

The jujubigdata 4.5.0 release is now generally available:

All charms referencing "pypi: jujubigdata>=4.0.0,<5.0.0" in resources.yaml
will pick up the most recent 4.x.x release during deployment -- this
includes all currently promulgated apache-hadoop charms as well as those
currently in the ~bigdata-dev development namespace.

Notable changes for this release include installation of LZO compression
libraries on all HadoopBase units, as well as the addition of a stdin
parameter for utils.run_as().  Full changelog:

- 79216d0 (HEAD, origin/master, origin/HEAD, master) fix minor lint error,
bump version for release
- f85810a Merge pull request #14 from juju-solutions/lzo-support
- c307f0a (origin/lzo-support, lzo-support) verify/fetch hadoop-lzo
