I want to use bzr-explorer in Debian 11. How to install it?

I opened a tread in linuxquestion.org about it, but in the end,
users there told me that:

1. Apparently Bazaar was replaced by Breezy, but nobody has bothered to update
the GUIs.

2. bzr-explorer 1.3.0-2 is available for Debian 10. It is not
available in Debian 11.

I have bazaar installed here (the command is 'bzr', actually).
I would like to have bzr-explorer. I would like to understand
the existence of breezy X bazaar.

It does not take much time to read the thread i mentioned. I
will not copy more details from there. But reading it all can be
useful, anyway:

Can you help me?
