we'll get a more detailed bar in place soon. (Its due to the refactoring
of push to make it a lot faster).

Thats odd. Possibly its the debounce threshold (2 seconds or so I think)
preventing the bar showing at the start, and the lack of updates meaning
it doesn't show at all. Either way we'll be looking at it soon.

I too upgraded to 1.12, and there is literally no progress information
displayed for initial branch operations or pulls. :(<br>
