Top two links are duds. (0.5.0 and 0.5.0 RC2)
Also, when can we expect a version that works with bzr 1.12?
Cheers,

0.5.0 has been release, and is in both the bzr ppa and is bundled with
the win32 installer.
I don't know if the links are bad or not, but 0.5.0 has certainly been
released.
- From source:
bzr branch lp:bzr-svn -r tag:bzr-svn-0.5.0
Looking at the Launchpad downloads page:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://edge.launchpad.net/bzr-svn/+download">https://edge.launchpad.net/bzr-svn/+download</a>
It seems there is a download file, but it was accidentally put under an
old release:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://edge.launchpad.net/bzr-svn/0.4/0.5.0/+download/bzr-svn-0.5.0.tar.gz">http://edge.launchpad.net/bzr-svn/0.4/0.5.0/+download/bzr-svn-0.5.0.tar.gz</a>
