Where is "bzr cdiff" ?

cdiff was a part of bzrtools. bzrtools hasn't been ported to Breezy,
but several of the commands it provides have been integrated into
Breezy proper. cdiff isn't one of them; see http://pad.lv/376594 for
a wishlist bug to integrate cdiff support into diff.
