Breezy 3.0 alpha 1 released!

Good stuff, guys!

I will definitely be checking this out.  Nowadays, my companies use Git,
but I sure do miss the Bazaar CLI.

Also, you ported bzr-quilt, not bzr-pipeline?  I'm hurt :-)
