Is Breezy usable

Just a few basic status questions re Breezy.

Is it actually usable?

How does it compare with Bazaar (e.g v2.7)?

Are Breezy repos compatible with Bazaar repos?

Is it dangerous to start using Breezy on existing Bazaar repos, or is it
more-or-less as stable as Bazaar?

Is there an FAQ for Breezy?
