That was done last year for 2.6.0 (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/1323805).

But it appears that the project was removed from pypi (having faith in
humanity I suspect that was by mistake).

With Donald Stufft help the project has been re-created and the 2.6.0
release pristine tarball uploaded again.

As a side-effect, I'm now the only owner of the project but
will contact Richard Wilbur to transfer the ownership.
