State of Development: PQM under construction

Greetings Friends,

Since the Patch Queue Manager (PQM) is the gatekeeper for landing new
branches on trunk in the bzr project and sysadmins are currently
working out the proper configuration changes to host bzr with a newer
version of PQM, we are building a backlog of new branches to land.

I'll continue to try and facilitate the process of getting the path to
trunk humming again.  I'm eager to put in a couple more fixes in the
near future.
