Windows installer for bzr 2.6

[TRIDENT JOB]

Outside the documentation missing, I've tested this new bzr installation, with 5 different friends during the last weeks.using TortoiseBzr and bzr command line works fine under Windows7 x64.Nearly all Core commands were tested again, and some basic extension also.
