Bazaar 2.6.0 for Windows?

... and still there is none :-(

I'm more or less the last person to demand a free software project to provide
a binary installer, and being a Linux user since the last century I'm writing
this with some bad conscience, but *at work* I have to use Windows...

One major point for the decision to use Bazaar instead of the competitors was
the availability of a pre-packaged installer and the bundled Bazaar Explorer
that came with it and made the functionality accessible almost instantly for
all co-workers.

I must admit that I don't have the resources to build the installer here. If
I've interpreted the page Win32 Installers for Bazaar[1] correctly, the is
a project on launchpad[2] dealing with this topic.

How up to date is this? Looking in the top level TODO.txt, this is headed with
"Things to do for the Bazaar 2.2 installer".
