You might be satisfied that there is a logo PNG image in the source code
repository, which might imply that it's under the same license terms as
the rest of the source code. I wouldn't want to bet on that, though.

You'll also need to consider trademark restrictions. I don't know
whether Canonical has registered the Bazaar logo as a trademark, but if
so, you'll need license freeing you from copyright restrictions *and*
from trademark restrictions.
For using the logo to refer to Bazaar as produced by Canonical, your use
would probably be within the freedoms everyone has under trademark law
without explicit license. For other uses, things might get hairier.
