[Bzr-packagers] [ANN] bzr-2.6.0 has been frozen !

I don't ship svn or its libraries in the Mac OS X installer, it's already
installed in the OS. In OS X 10.6, which is what my installer ostensibly
supports, the stock svn is 1.6.17. It appears to be the same in OS X 10.7.
