Bazaar and Debian

I think if Bazaar wants to stay as "the GNU revision control system",
"it" should do the above, now that Canonical does not lead the project
any more.  I'm not sure if there would be many concrete benefits, tho,
except for maybe a few rare contributors unwilling to sign the Canonical
copyright assignment while willing to sign the FSF copyright assignment.

But the main issue is to find someone willing to maintain it.
