Bazaar and Debian

Sadly that is not an option since bzr-svn needs to be compatible with
the version of Subversion currently in Debian Unstable. Thorsten's
proposal of pinning to older versions is not viable for me. So either I
would have to become the bzr-svn maintainer or someone else would. Given
no-one else has, and given the overall state of Bazaar, I can't generate
the necessary enthusiasm.
