bzrtools multi-push

So I finally got sick of cd'ing and copied cmd_multi_pull to 
cmd_multi_push.  It works, unless there's a working tree, which doesn't 
have push function but does have a pull function.  Should I just use the 
branch?  Not sure why multi-pull uses the wt if it exists?

I'm basically blindly copy-pasting here...
