Releasing 2.6 [Was: bzr-hookless-email doesn't work with bzr 2.6]

Yes please!  At the very least, it would provide a clear point for any 
future fork or continued work to start from (something I'm interested in 
doing in the future, but have no time right now), while the current 
situation just looks like abandonment.
