Thanks for the offer. I'm afraid I'm really not interested in hacking on
this, I just want my commit notification emails to work again.
If no-one out there has a fixed bzr-hookless-email sitting around, I'm
thinking (hoping) that switching to bzr-email will be the least painful.
But it depends on the Savannah admins.
