bzr plugin installation mail

Thanks for pointing out.

Apparently it does not matte what is the location of bzr plugin directory.
I just need to set up BZR_PLUGIN_PATH environmental variable and it will
work.

The problem was that directory should be name xmloutput instead of original
name.
