Bzr development stopped

I don't think it's dead, just has no maintainer atm, if it doesn't work
currently then im sure it's not "that" much work to fix it, compared to
declaring it dead and starting over

Launchpad stopped supporting imports of Mercurial repositories into
Bazaar on Launchpad effectively declaring bzr-hg to be dead.

This is sad.
