I somehow messed up my project's repo, please help

No, they've been part of the repo for a long time. The status command
yields a complete list of the html files starting at the top with

modified:
  html/PyDSTool-module.html*
  html/PyDSTool-pysrc.html*
  html/PyDSTool.Events-module.html*

< continues for all but 7 new "unkown" html files that have not yet
been added to the repo >
