Bzr development stopped

bzr commit --author exists.

So does a graph back to the original commits, when we merged rather than
taking a plain patch from mail.

I am not a fan of author headers in source (because they're imprecise and
they go out of date) but I don't strip them if people want to put them in.
Bazaar has always credited people in the NEWS, erring towards inclusion.
