Delete ~bzr-beta-ppa team?

Launchpad just sent me a notice that my membership in
https://launchpad.net/~bzr-beta-ppa is expiring.

That's acted as a reminder that perhaps we should clean up this obsolete
team.

Shall we delete the PPAs, then delete the team outright?
