Unsubscribing ~bzr subteams from bugs, merging ~bzr-core into ~bzr

In the spirit of the cleanup of ~bzr-core structural subscriptions:

Jelmer: Would you remove the structural subscriptions from the ~bzr-gtk
and ~bzr-hg teams?

	https://bugs.launchpad.net/~bzr-hg/+structural-subscriptions

Vincent: Would you remove the structural subscription from the
~bzr-upload-devs team?
	https://launchpad.net/~bzr-upload-devs/+structural-subscriptions

Alexander or Gary: Would you remove the structural subscription from the
~qbzr-bugs team?
	https://launchpad.net/~qbzr-bugs/+structural-subscriptions

With all that accomplished, can anyone think of any remaining reason not
to merge the ~bzr-core team into ~bzr?
