Bazaar, Launchpad and Mercurial

[Russel Winder]

I have set up a branch on Launchpad that is supposed to mirror a
Mercurial repository on BitBucket. Sadly this initial branch is failing.
I thought to try and do an initial checkout locally to investigate the
problem, but it seems hg-fast-export only creates a Git repository. 

Anyone any pointers to helpful material for this sort of thing.

I thought there used to be a bzr-hg package in Debian but Debian assures
me there is not.  Has there ever been a bzr-hg package?
