Checkout existing branch to established workspace (.moved)

They definitely create .moved files, when there's already a file with
the same name in the working tree.  See "Duplicate paths" under
"Conflict Types" in Bazaar documentation ("bzr help conflict-types"
from the shell prompt).

As for "creating checkouts", I don't really understand what that
means.  I supposed this goes back to my misunderstanding of what the
user meant by checking out into an already existing tree -- this
doesn't match my mental model for "bzr co".  Perhaps my model is
wrong.
