collapsing history

I've got a fairly small bzr repo that I'm wanting to convert to an
mercurial repo, but I'm wanting to collapse the merged changes, so all I
have are the merges themselves. Does that make sense?
So instead of :
|
A - E - G
\ B - C - D / \ F /|
I'd have:
|A - E - G|
Or:
|A - B - C - D - F|
Do I need to use rebase or something?
Cheers,
David
