Experiences with Bazaar in a Commercial Environment

This problem has bothered me long time, too.
Now, I'm working on a branch to improve this behavior of external diff.

 * Make possible to open multiple diff at once.
 * Lock trees only when starting up. (Now, locks are kept until
quitting diff program.)

# This works well on windows, but I've not tested it on Linux yet.
