Can't get bzr-hg to work

Confirmed with the development versions of bzr.dev (r6443) and bzr-hg
(r541) so it's not just you. Possibly fallout from the impending bzr
2.5 release, but I suggest you file a bug at bugs.launchpad.net/bzr-hg
so that it doesn't get forgotten.
