I used bzrmerge.el. You'd have to ask Stefan what it does, exactly.
Remember that there is no way to cherry-pick in Bazaar (IIUC), so it may
well be that these revisions were in some sense merged. For things that
get skipped, I think it merges the meta-data but not the actual changes,
whatever that means.

FWIW, I've noticed that http://www.ohloh.net/p/emacs
labels some things as "large commit" when the "real" changes were small.
(But that is tracking the git repo, so may be a red herring.)
