Windows installers are now available in the same location.

New in the windows packaging for 2.5b5:

* tortoisebzr updated to 0.6.6b1
* bzr-svn updated to 1.1.2
* dulwich updated to 0.8.2
* bzr-git updated to 0.6.6
* bzrtools updated to 2.5
* pipeline updated to 1.4

Additionally, the release carries one small change on top of the
tagged 2.5b5 revision to avoid an annoying DeprecationWarning.
