There is no linear history between 2.5b3 and 2.5b4 - their histories are
diverged. This is not a problem for diff, which just compares the
contents of the trees, but it is for "bzr log", which displays the
revisions between 2.5b3 and 2.5b4.

I'm not sure why their histories are diverged though, I would expect
2.5b4 to have 2.5b3 as an ancestor.
