Windows installers are now available at the same location.

New in the windows packaging for 2.5b3:

* bzr-explorer updated to trunk
* qbzr updated to trunk, fixes <http://pad.lv/872616>
* bzr-git added at version 0.6.5
* dulwich added at version 0.8.1
