Thanks, I've submitted a fix for these two issues. It might take a bit
for the changes to actually appear on the website.

I'm not sure, hopefully somebody else can answer that question. There
has been some discussion about large files recently that might be
relevant; we don't handle big files particularly well at the moment,
keeping a full copy of them in memory during various operations.
