Uh, no.  GNU Arch didn't have a UI, really, and I don't think Tom ever
claimed it was "done", only that the direction the folks who later
defected to Bazaar wanted to take it was wrong.  (Looking at bzr
today, I sympathize with Tom. :-)  "tla" was more on the level of git
plumbing than git porcelain.  But it was a reasonable foundation for
scripting (there are a couple of decent front-ends for Emacsen, and
some generic ones that were shell-based IIRC).
