Well, my point is that that may be true of me and it's evidently true
of you.  But apparently David runs into undesired fast-forwards
frequently.

Bazaar takes such individual cases very seriously.  I'm not sure
whether that's a good thing overall<wink>, but most Bazaar fans seem
to have one or two of these things that Bazaar does that they like (or
even consider essential) that developers of other VCSes call "YAGNI".
