Recently there was some talk from someone setting up Mergebox
<URL:https://mergebox.net/>. That URL just gives me a blank page now
though.

Another place offering hosted Bazaar repositories is the unpronounceable
<URL:http://bzr.bz/>.

Would you care to try either of them and give us a review here?
