Well, there are lots of patches up this week, and lots still be
reviewed, finished off, or landed.

I reviewed some of jelmer's colocated branch and foreign-branch test
case support.

I've started on jam's automatic reconnection work but there's more still to do.

There are some non-core-developer patches that could do with some help
over the line, such as Thomi's addition of a system-wide config file
in <https://code.launchpad.net/~thomir/bzr/add-global-config/+merge/69592>.

Jelmer's next up.  I hope next week to set up a Tarmac instance which
might be a little easier than pqm to deal with.
