"development-colo" format has landed

bzr.dev now provides a "development-colo" format, which supports
colocated branches.

This format is experimental, so that we can work on the necessary UI
changes and work out the final format changes before merging colocated
branch support back into the default format for 2.5.0 (there will be no
upgrades required).

All bugs related to colocated branches (all UI issues at the moment) are
tagged "colocated" on Launchpad:

If you are maintaining a plugin which can take advantage of colocated
branches, now is probably a good time to do some experimentation. If
there's anything I can help with, please ask.
