I probably won't get to it until Monday at the earliest. Its almost
EOD Friday now, and I don't want to leave the EC2 instance running all
weekend 'in case' I get time to poke at it.
I'll also note for plugin authors, if you want updated plugins in the
installer, please email me, or even better provide a patch to
'lp:bzr-windows-installers'.

gpg changes, i18n changes, bzr log --match-authors, bzr add skips
large files, work on supporting "location, branch=XXX" to reference
colocated branches, bzr uncommit/push/pull now talk about tags,
branching into an empty repository from a stacked branch is *much* faster.
Those seem to be the primary user-visible changes.

Jonathan Riddell didn't realize it was supposed to be in sorted order.
I've informed him, and I think he's been submitting new ones sorted.
